OSH audit and inspection
An inspection checks whether a workplace meets safety standards today. An audit evaluates the system behind it — the policies and training meant to prevent hazards before they happen. NSITF's HSE team runs both.

The visit opens with employees present, followed by a review of safety documentation.

An incident is reported by phone, email, WhatsApp, or another channel.
The HSE team reaches the scene and treats the injured immediately where needed.
The area is cordoned off for evidence gathering.
Eyewitness accounts are gathered to build a full picture of events.
The team returns to evaluate findings and draft corrective-action recommendations.
A report is generated, with a post-incident follow-up to confirm corrective actions were taken.
