Ensures the registration of Employers into the Employees Compensation Scheme (ECS) and enforces their compliance in the payment of 1% of their Employees total emoluments.
Supervises the enforcement related activities of the Eleven (12) Regions and Fifty Six (57) Branches in the Fund.
Prepares reports and collates data relating to Registration of Employers, Contribution Collections and analyzes them for Management use.
Processes and issues Compliance Certificates to Employers who have fully complied with the provisions of the Act.
Sets contribution targets for Branches and Regions every year subject to the approval of Executive Management and or the Board.
Carries out Advocacy activities with a view to improving contribution collections and Employer, Intergovernmental and Agency relationships.
Set Standard Procedures for all Enforcement and Compliance activities subject to the approval of Executive Management and or the Board.
