Preventive

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) AUDIT AND INSPECTION

OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) audit and inspection are essential tools used to evaluate and improve workplace safety and health practices. While both are crucial components of an effective safety management system, they serve different purposes and involve distinct processes. The OSH team of highly qualified professionals are assembled to prepare audit material and visit the workplace of the employer to perform OSH audits and inspections. After the opening meeting with employees, documents are reviewed and site audit and inspections are conducted using industry specific checklist. Upon conclusion a closing meeting is carried out to communicate findings and non-conformance in the workplace. The collated data from checklist is analyzed and a detailed report of findings and recommendations is sent to employer with a Follow- up audit.

OSH AWARENESS AND ENLIGHTENMENT

OSH awareness and enlightenment plays a pivotal role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment. By educating employees, employers, and other stakeholders about the importance of workplace safety and health, organizations can foster a culture of safety, reduce risks, prevent accidents and injuries, and enhance overall well-being. OSH awareness and enlightenment is a preventive proactive measure. Our highly qualified OSH team Identifies OSH gaps/ areas of OSH intervention, prepares information, electronics and communication (iec) training materials and provide the necessary resources to achieve set goals. Upon authorization from management, visitations are carried out at employers workplace by the training team for awareness exercise. Upon conclusion, a proper assessment/evaluation of sensitization training is done followed up with a comprehensive report.

ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION

Accident investigation is a systematic process used to determine the root causes of workplace accidents, incidents, or near misses to prevent future occurrences and improve safety measures. It involves gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information related to the incident to identify contributing factors, underlying causes, and corrective actions needed to prevent similar incidents in the future. Upon receipt of incident/accident notification via telephone, email, WhatsApp etc, the HSE team is mobilised to visit the accident scene and carry out Immediate treatment of the injured. The accident scene is condoned to conduct assessment for evidence gathering with a view to mitigate future recurrence. The HSE team conducts interviews to eyewitnesses to gather information/evidence and then returns to the office to perform evaluation of evidence recommendations of corrective actions. Upon conclusion, reports are generated with a Post incidence follow-up.
